  • I contacted Leeza prior to having major surgery, in order to organize help for the time I’d be incapacitated. She was super-organized and reassuring in helping me decide on my needs and a workable schedule. She made an effort to be flexible, and linked me with another, handpicked PSW for those times she wouldn’t be available. While in my home, Leeza took the initiative to do everything – food prep, laundry, cleaning, and assistance with mobility, transfers, and showering. She even offered to buy groceries for me. She made it all look effortless and maintained a cheerful demeanour at all times. I was particularly grateful for Leeza‘s professionalism when she showered me. What could have felt awkward did not, because of her matter-of-fact attitude. Leeza is a special person and I felt very fortunate to have her care for me.
